The FreeBox is a practice that feeds the non-linear parts of us and encourages acceptance of what is. This opens us to the realm of spirit, where inspiration and love reside. There is no dogma or religious affiliation. We dance alone and together, and connect in a loving and supportive community. You’ll leave feeling refreshed in mind, body, and spirit. You’ll be dancing–at least on the inside–for the rest of the day. Don’t blame us if people think you’re having altogether too much fun.
